What is Yi Technology Currently doing?
Although Yi Technology started off by selling home security cameras, they have started to expand into Action Cameras, 360 Cameras, and cloud capabilities. This venture has dubbed them the “GoPro Killer” due to their competitive pricing.

Introducing the Remi 360
Remi 360 is a culmination of Yi Technology’s ventures in home security cameras, photography and videography. It’s a versatile 360 camera that functions as a mini professional photographer you can bring around, or a security camera when it’s not on any adventures with you.
Active Lens Protection
One of the main ails of all 360 cameras is it’s protruding lens that can be scratched when tossed around or traveling in your bag. Remi 360’s camera actually rotates into itself, protecting the lens from any rough surfaces it comes in contact with.
Private Security
The same rotation of the the camera module also electronically disconnects the camera sensor when it’s used as a security camera. This allows you to feel at ease when you want peace of mind privacy at home.
Dual Stabilization
Along with software based Electronic Image Stabilization [ EIS ], Remi 360’s camera module also sit on a mechanical image stabilization. This provides users with crisp and smooth photography
Simple Touch UI
To keep the photographers in the moment, Remi 360 has a simple touched-based user interface the only shows essential information when in use. Users can dive deeper into the settings using a bigger display via their phone with Remi 360’s companion App.
Expandable Memory | Expandable Power
Remi 360 will not run out of memory of power when user’s are trying to capture a moment in their adventures. The open design allows users to hot-swap their battery and memory card on the go.
Gimbal Tripod Companion
Remi 360 comes with its own Gimbal Tripod companion that gives users an extra level controls and stabilization. Photographers will be able to capture crisp photos, and videographers will be able to create more unique videos.
Yi Cloud Core
Remi 360 connects with Yi Cloud Core through an app that allows users to have their photography content automatically backed up. It also clears up the memory card in Remi 360 allowing for a seamless new adventure.

Whether it’s on an adventure with the user, or by itself at home, Remi 360 is always there and always ready to help you capture what you need.
